These virtual "greenhouse" growing conditions, combined with organic maintenance methods, yields leaves up to three (3) pounds each. Two (2) or three (3) leaves per plant are periodically hand harvested. All of our plants and fields are regularly inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture to guarantee the health of the Aloe fields. Our Aloe juice quality remains at full potency since only mature plants, four (4) years or older, are used.
